Our Programmes

Three programmes for three stages of thinking about what comes next.

Each programme is self-contained and designed for a different level of readiness. Some participants complete all three; others begin where their most pressing questions sit.

I. Our Approach

Methodology

Each Bamboo Gate programme follows the same underlying structure: a progression from orientation (understanding the landscape) through analysis (applying frameworks to your own business) to output (a written product you can use).

This sequencing is not accidental. Most exit-related confusion stems from owners trying to make specific decisions without having first mapped the territory. Our programmes insist on that mapping phase before moving to the detail.

Cohort sizes are capped at twelve. This is small enough for genuine discussion and for facilitators to give meaningful attention to each participant's situation without allowing the programme to drift into individual advisory sessions.

Quality assurance

  • All materials reviewed before each cohort
  • Structured participant feedback after each programme
  • Facilitator calibration sessions between cohorts
  • Legal and regulatory content updated as required

Typical timeline

  • Exit Foundations — 4 weeks
  • Valuation Basics — 6 weeks
  • Succession Full Programme — 10 weeks
